A comprehensive renovation of a heritage commercial building in South Granville, reimagined to support multiple tenants with retail at grade and office spaces above. The project introduced a new elevator, stair core, and lobby to improve accessibility, circulation, and overall functionality. The façade was revitalized with contemporary curtain wall glazing, increasing natural light and strengthening the building’s presence along the street.

The design thoughtfully balances modern expression with the historic character of the neighbourhood, creating a distinctive yet contextually integrated addition to the South Granville streetscape.
