This boutique hotel, located in Vancouver’s financial district, makes efficient use of a narrow 50-foot-wide mid-block infill site to accommodate all the intricate functions of a hotel, including two restaurants.

The main elevation features a vertical three-bay element, clad in stone, giving the building a taller and more elegant appearance.

A fourth bay, slightly set back and clad in glass, provides a contrasting backdrop that highlights the stone façade.
The project turns a tight urban site into a functional and visually striking destination, addressing the challenges of dense city development with a clear, contemporary approach.
