This comprehensive renovation revitalized the existing hotel and retail complex at the Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa, enhancing both guest experience and village presence. The retail component was fully modernized, with updated storefronts and improved frontage design that contribute to a welcoming, pedestrian-oriented experience within Whistler Village.

The 345-room hotel renovation included extensive interior upgrades alongside the replacement of the exterior façade and windows, refreshing the building’s appearance while improving overall performance and durability. Delivered in collaboration with MMC Architects, the project repositioned the property with a contemporary aesthetic while reinforcing its status as a premier hospitality destination in the resort community.
