A seniors’ congregate housing development owned and managed by Columbus Charities Non-Profit Society, this project provides 97 self-contained residential units organized around shared community spaces that encourage social interaction and a sense of belonging. The development includes a community hall—shared with the Guardian Angels Parish Church—along with a dining hall, lounge areas, and on-site support facilities.

Designed to promote comfort, dignity, and connection, the building integrates residential living with essential support services, including meal programs and medical assistance, within a cohesive and welcoming architectural environment.
